Alicia Yarbrough, ASP President & CEO
Alicia is an EHS professional with over 20 years of experience in heavy industrial construction and manufacturing. She has a Bachelors in Emergency Management from Arkansas Tech University. Alicia is a results-oriented professional who is passionate about helping organizations maintain management commitment strategies, optimizing employee engagement, assisting with hazards recognition and corrective actions, and delivering world-class training. She enjoys spending time with her family, traveling and watching football and boxing.
Kori Strickland, Sr. Project Manager
Kori has been in the industry for 5 years. She is our behind the scenes professional that makes everything run smoothly. She is passionate and has extensive knowledge in DOT, CPR, First Aid, and AED. When not at work, she enjoys time on the lake with her two little girls.
Will Yarbrough, MPPM, CSP, CHMM, CIT, CES, Sr. Consultant
Will is an EHS professional with over 25 years experience. He graduated from Jacksonville State University with a Bachelors in Occupational Safety & Health. He has a Master's Degree from Birmingham-Southern in Entrepreneurship. He assists organizations with making the "business case" for implementing compliance related continuous improvement strategies. He enjoys traveling, playing guitar, spending time with the family, and watching football.
Sharee Earl, Sr. Consultant
Sharee joined the Capstone team in December of 2021. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resource Management and has over 20 years of experience in Human Resources, Safety and Risk Management. Her areas of expertise include OSHA/MSHA/DOT compliance, OSHA General Industry Authorized training, MSHA Part 46 & 48 Training, safety program creation, substance abuse program management, and work comp case management. Additionally, Sharee holds a certification as a CAOCH Occupational Hearing Conservationist. She thrives on creating a safety culture with her clients that improve their safety statistics and increase their bottom line. Her hobbies include spending time with family and friends, cooking and watching football.
Betsy Frick, Sr. Consultant
Betsy lives in North Alabama and brings over 15 years of experience in General Industry and Construction. She specializes in metals manufacturing. Betsy has a passion for training and loves helping clients reach their potential in behavioral based safety and cultural change programs. She is a graduate of Murray State University with a Bachelors in Occupational Safety and Health. Betsy is also the mother of 3 sons and enjoys all things outdoors.
Greg GlazE, Controller
Greg is a graduate of University of West Florida with a bachelors in Commination. He spent 30 years in retail multi-store management which gave him experience is business management, training and the implementation of profitability strategies. He left the retail industry to spend 10 years in consumer and business banking where he gained the experience and knowledge of financial planning and successful money management. He then joined the team at Capstone Risk Solutions as controller where he stives to contribute to the growth of the company and management of finances and human resources to make the business successful.

Don Spratling, Safety Consultant
Don joins the Capstone team bringing over 25 years of manufacturing expertise and a career-long passion for EHS training. CPR/AED/First aid, LOTO, Powered Industrial Vehicles, and machine safeguarding are just some of the areas that Don specializes in. Don is the father to eight children and "Pops" to 15 grandchildren. When he is not "saving lives", he enjoys spending time with his awesome wife Donna, watching football ("Go Dawgs"), and riding motorcycles.
Bea Holman, Safety Consultant
Bea is a Veteran of the United States Army. She is a graduate from Jacksonville State University with a Bachelor’s in Occupational Safety & Health. She is an EHS professional with over 20 years experience in general industry. Bea has a passion for training and loves helping clients reach their potential for a safe workplace that is in compliance with OSHA standards. Her areas of expertise include OSHA General Industry Authorized training and writing programs/procedures. Her hobbies include spending time with family and friends, spending time outdoors and watching rodeo, horse racing and football.
